6. Bonuses and Promotions

7. Betting Rules

7.2 Pricing Errors. 7.4 Void Bets. Bets may be voided in circumstances including match abandonment, postponement beyond the permitted rescheduling window, obvious pricing errors, or confirmed instances of match fixing. Voided bets have the stake returned in full.
7.5 Maximum Winnings. Maximum single-bet and accumulator winning limits apply and are displayed on relevant markets. Winnings that exceed the stated maximum will be capped at the maximum payout for that market.
8. Casino and Games

10. Account Suspension and Closure
10.1 44bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is a reasonable belief that the Terms have been breached, that fraudulent activity has taken place, or that continuing to operate the account poses a risk to 44bet or other players.
10.2 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to the account and any associated funds will be restricted until the investigation is complete. 44bet will aim to complete standard investigations within a reasonable timeframe.
10.3 Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any bonus funds and associated winnings derived from those bonuses may be forfeited. Real-money balances not derived from bonus play will generally be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the outcome of any ongoing investigation.
